Who I am ?

I am a tech enthusiast, a father, and a neighbor here in the Tri-Cities.My journey into digital support didn't start with a manual. It started while working at a local electronics & telecommunications store. I helped customers navigate the complexities of their new phones, tablets, watches, and laptops.Seeing the relief on their faces when they finally feel in control made me realize something, there is a deep need for this kind of help—not behind a retail counter, but at the kitchen table.
I realized that what was missing wasn’t more technology, but more patience.
